Every month, you'll receive a delightful set of goodies: toys, treats, and a pet care product exclusively for 9Box subscribers.

All of our products are sourced from Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong, designed to maximize your dog's health and happiness.

Toys: Carefully selected from renowned international brands, each toy's texture, color, shape, and sound are chosen to make your dog happy.

Treats: Our treats are sourced from products in Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong, designed to maximize your dog's health and happiness.

How to sign-up for 9Box?

1.Go to our website: Visit the official 9Box website.
2.Click "Get 9Box": Select the "Get 9Box" button to start your subscription.
3.Complete your puppy profile: Provide details about your pup, such as breed, size, and any food sensitivities.
4.Make your purchase: Review your order and complete the payment process.

Once you've signed up, you'll start receiving monthly boxes filled with toys, treats, and pet care products tailored to your pup's needs!

Is 9Box approved for puppies and different dog breeds?

Yes! Our toys and treats are great for dogs 6 months or older, regardless of your pup’s breed or size. For puppies, you can always size up later by contacting our team at happy@9boxhk.com.

Are there different size?

Yes! We make everything in three size categories:

-Small (for dogs under 20 pounds)
-Medium (for dogs 20 to 50 pounds)
-Large (for dogs over 50 pounds)

If you’ re on the fence, we suggest sizing up!

How do I update my account and subscription?

Updating your account and subscription with 9Box is easy! Just follow these steps:

Questions about Shipping and Delivery

When will I get my first box?

Once we receive your payment, you'll get your first box within 5-8 business days! Enjoy free shipping directly to your home and have fun playtime with your pup.

When can I expect to get my monthly box?

We send out the boxes in the first half of each month, which means before the 15th of every month. If this timeframe has passed and you still haven't received your box, we sincerely apologize. Please feel free to contact us at happy@9boxhk.com.

Do I pay for shipping?

All our products come with FREE shipping directly to your door. Once we receive your payment, you will receive your products within 5-8 business days!

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Absolutely! You can log in to your account at any time to update your delivery address. Since you receive your new box in the first half of each month, please update your address before the 1st.

You can make that account change on your own by following these steps:
How to:
1.Log in to 9Box.comby clicking Login.
2.Enter your login information (if you need to reset your password, click HERE) and click Login.
3.Click on Account.
4.Enter your new address and click Save.
And you are all set!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong.
However, we are always looking to expand our services, so stay tuned for updates!

What to do if I got the wrong type of box?

Oh no! Please accept our sincerest apologies! We certainly did not intend to send your pup the wrong 9Box. This is certainly not the typical experience and is a rare occurrence.

No need to return the incorrect box!

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal for all transactions. Convenient and secure!

When will you bill me?

You will be billed for your box as soon as you sign up. It's a one-time payment, whether you choose a 1-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan.

Questions about Replacement Policy

What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your pup is unhappy with a product, please connect with our team so we can make it right and ensure your pup is happy. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter.
